A refreshing sauvignon blanc, with tropical fruits, hints of lemon, tangerine and pineapple, flinty minerality balanced with bright acidity. The fruit is from the Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara AVA, a prized location for this Bordeaux varietal. Warm Happy Canyon daytime temperatures shift our sauvignon blanc away from any undesirable "green" fragrances and into delicious fruit based aromatics, while the cool, foggy Happy Canyon evenings uphold the acidity; a great combination. $30 per 750 ml btl; applicable discounts added at checkout.
