We want to take this time to wish you the very merriest of the Holiday Season and a wonderful New Year.
We will be celebrating the holiday season tasting and blending our wines. The 2007 Pinot Noir, which bottled in August 2008, is aging well in the bottle, and will be released during the first quarter of 2009. We enjoyed a bottle for Thanksgiving dinner and it brought smiles to the faces of everyone who tasted. Just after Christmas, we will do the last barrel tasting of our 2007 Syrah. Our 2008 Roussanne is a lemon yellow color, very aromatic and full bodied. This promises to be a very nice wine.
